New Year, New Associate

Clifford Gouldson is pleased to announce that Lisa Hooper has been promoted to the position of Associate effective from 1 July 2022.
 
Lisa is a key member of our growing Commercial + Property team who has hit the ground running since starting with the firm less than a year ago in September 2021.
 
Her promotion to Associate reflects both her extensive experience and expertise but also her increased level of responsibility and independence in running matters and supervising others within the firm.

Before joining Clifford Gouldson, Lisa had gained over 15 years’ experience in the law and had practised at firms in Toowoomba, Stanthorpe and Warwick.
 
During that time she has developed a deep level of expertise across property and commercial matters and also has expertise in estate planning and administration.
 
Lisa is highly analytical and combines attention to detail with a focus on achieving both the best legal result and the best commercial result for her clients.  Many clients have come to trust Lisa in assisting with the documentation and implementation of their crucial projects and transactions.
 
Lisa’s transaction experience includes a range of specialty properties such as pharmacies, hotels/motels and vineyards as well as documenting water allocation agreements.
