Our team is pleased to announce that Clifford Gouldson Lawyers is expanding it’s business to the Sunshine Coast.
Operations will commence immediately with the settlement yesterday of the purchase of an existing Sunshine Coast law firm, Onsite Law.
Onsite is a boutique property and commercial practice established and operated by Aaron Griffiths for around ten years.
Aaron will stay on until Christmas and the exceptional conveyancing services provided by Jo Stapleton and Natalie Green will continue.
CGLaw Managing Director, Ben Gouldson, said “Aaron shares a vision for the practice of law that is very much a match for our own. He highly values relationships and personal service so the opportunity to purchase his firm was one we didn’t want to miss.”
“While it may seem an unusual time to be expanding our business we are confident in the economic future of our firm, the Sunshine Coast market and especially the Toowoomba market which will always remain our primary base of operations.”
Onsite is now trading as “Onsite Law, brought to you by Clifford Gouldson Lawyers” while the CGLaw main brand is also expanding into the Sunshine Coast providing the full suite of legal services currently offered in Toowoomba.
Leading this charge as Head of Legal Sunshine Coast is current Clifford Gouldson lawyer Kylie Howell.
Kylie has worked with us for almost 10 years and has a strong reputation for exceptional client service.
“Kylie exudes calm advice delivery with straight answers and always with an eye to commercial outcomes,” Ben said.
Kylie is currently the Head of our construction practice and will continue to support our construction clients with her time spent between both locations.
Kylie said, “This is an exciting opportunity for both myself and the firm and I’m really looking forward to getting on the ground at the Sunshine Coast to build relationships with clients, business colleagues and other professionals.”
Growing together
Ben Gouldson said, “The decision to expand has been driven by a number of factors, including our desire to provide more opportunities for our team members, but also by demand from existing clients already on the Sunshine Coast and those looking to expand there themselves.”
“We are optimistic about the benefits we can provide to current clients and any other Toowoomba business with plans to operate on the Sunshine Coast and I’d like to personally offer an invitation to those businesses to contact me to discuss how we can work together in the area,” he said.
“I’m open to discussing any ideas for sharing resources, marketing initiatives, network building and the like with other Toowoomba businesses looking to expand.”
