Do you know if you are required to undertake a cladding audit for your property?
The first deadline in the State Government’s combustible cladding review process is 29 March 2019. If your building is caught by the process and you haven’t undertaken the online checklist by that date, you will be forced to the next stage, which requires you to engage a building professional to complete a statement regarding your building.
The online checklist may be all that is required, so we encourage all building owners to consider their position before 29 March 2019.
